Questions people ask
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one shirt. Prices drop at 11, 24, 48 and 100 pieces of the same design, and every size and color of that design counts toward the total.
What file should I send for my logo?
A PNG with a transparent background, an SVG or a PDF works best. If all you have is a JPG or a screenshot, send it anyway and we'll tell you if it will print well.
How long does it take?
Most orders ship about 10 business days after you approve the art. If you need it sooner, ask for a quote and tell us your date.
We're a school or nonprofit. Can you skip the sales tax?
Yes. Send your tax-exempt certificate with your order and we'll take the tax off once it's approved.
Can I see it before you print?
Yes. You see your design on the shirt as you build it, and for bigger orders we email a proof before anything is printed.
